Automated Kegel and Reverse Kegel Workout
This is designed to provide a Kegel and Reverse Kegel Workout. I have included two files. If you feel like your PC muscles are too tight you can use Reverse Kegel and if you feel like your PC muscles are too weak you should use the Kegel audio.
You can also use both audios in the same stack to achieve Balanced PC muscles. It will make you a beast in the bed. I have been personally using this and the results have been amazing.
The audio is unisex and headphones are necessary because there's a binaural in it.
Benefits of Kegel Exercises:
Improved Bladder Control: Kegels can help prevent or reduce urinary incontinence, especially in women after childbirth or as they age.
Enhanced Sexual Function: Strong pelvic floor muscles can lead to better sexual function, including increased arousal, stronger orgasms, and improved control over ejaculation (for men).
Support During Pregnancy: Kegels can help women during pregnancy by improving pelvic support and making labor and delivery easier.
Prevention of Pelvic Organ Prolapse: Strong pelvic floor muscles can help prevent the descent of pelvic organs, such as the bladder, uterus, or rectum, which can occur in women due to childbirth or aging.
Benefits of Reverse Kegel Exercises:
Relief from Pelvic Muscle Tension: Reverse Kegels can help relax and release tension in the pelvic floor muscles, which can be beneficial for individuals who have overactive or overly tight pelvic muscles.
Improved Urinary Function: Reverse Kegels may help individuals with difficulty in fully emptying their bladder or experiencing difficulty in starting urination.
Reduced Pelvic Pain: Reverse Kegels can be part of a strategy to alleviate pelvic pain, especially in cases where muscle tension is contributing to the discomfort.
