Jing- Jing is Qi in its 'stored' from, when it is in storage for later use. When it becomes active it moves about the body's energy channels in its active, yang state. Because of this, jing implies a developmental potential guiding the process or growth, maturation and ageing across the lifespan. Jing or Essence can be categorized in two parts the Yin, being congenital, prenatal and the Yang, being postnatal or acquired. Prenatal Jing is acquired at birth from the parents the Fathers Sperm and the mother’s Ovum this is a similar concept to DNA and Postnatal Jing is acquired after birth through food, water, oxygen, environment. The Yin and Yang Jing transform to create and replenish each other. This field targets both yin and yang jing.

Chi- Chi can be understood to be an energy that activates, moves and energises the various body structures and organs. We obtain Chi from the air we breathe, from the food we eat and from the environment around us. Chi leads the blood and blood nourishes and moistens the body structures. Chi can be seen as the constant motion that flows through the body via the organs and meridians (energy channels). As it travels, Chi invigorates your body, mind and senses. It gives you the capacity for thought and emotion, and other useful stuff like imagination, willpower and the ability to be decisive.

Shen- It is another of one's personal resources and it relates to the ability to be have cognition and self-awareness, It relates to one's state of mind and their behaviour. Shen is basically spirit. When there is less shen in your system your eyes and face may appear dull and lifeless. Shen is derived from jing and further energizes the chi.

A lot of focus has been put on harmonizing all three of these treasures together to create a peaceful and compound effect of energy and vitality. You can also use this as a semen retention field.
